Duneland Student Ministries is a place for middle and high school students (5th grade - 12th grade) to belong. It is a family on a mission to Love, Belong, and Live. We desire to help our youth discover God’s love more deeply and learn how to love others with this same kind of love. We hope to create a space where youth belong. And we dream of living out this love in our community and helping our community to discover how to live filled with God’s love as well.
We not only gather with members of our church community, but we are also partnering with Chesterton United Methodist Church and St. John's United Church to create a safe and welcoming space for students in our community. We will gather twice a month in various locations. One gathering will be focused on worship and learning, and the other gathering will be focused either on serving our community or on building relationships. If you would like to provide a meal for one of our Table Gatherings, that would be a tremendous blessing! You can sign up through the form below and let us know which date will work for you. Meals can be as simple as picking up Little Caesar's, grabbing some chicken from Stack and Van Til, or you are welcome to prepare something delicious for our students. This is just one more tangible way for our students to know they are loved. Meals should be for about 15-20 people.
